“Entertain Me with a Big Amusement Park” xDDD

So by looking at the title, you can tell I went to an amusement park today. And the place was:

Rye Playland in Rye, New York! Wow, it was SOOOOOO fun!!! I went with my camp though~ We go on field trips on Fridays. And boy, I’m glad I was there today. Great weather and the best time EVER!

OMG! It’s MY FEET! xDDD I was bored while watching my friends going on the log flume. I didn’t go on the log flume due to the steep drop and I didn’t wanna feel all soggy and disgusting…

Moving on…

The Whip. I love spinning rides! Like those Alice in Wonderland spinning tea cups at Disney! When the cart turns they make VERY sharp turns and it’s almost like you’re gonna get flung out of the cart.

The Gondola Wheel. It was my first time riding a big Ferris Wheel! I conquered a fear today! Oh yeah, I’ll show you pictures I took on the Ferris Wheel:

I took pictures when I was at the tippy-top! It was scary at first, but I realized I should enjoy the view. This is the left side on the top of the Gondola Wheel.

Oh, by the way. My mom told I went to Playland before when I was little but I didn’t really believe her. But what made me remember was this:

A fountain! 8D My parents took a picture of me here when I about 4 or 5. I’m glad I remembered! Guess it was my second time today going to Playland instead of my first~ xDD

Oh that was one of my best summer vacation trips ever this year! I really wanna go again!

Today, it has been 53 years (July 17, 1955) since Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) opened it’s doors to the “Happiest place on Earth”

Ahh, the two partners in crime. Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse. I’ve always wondered. How did Disney think of Mickey? How could he get so popular because of a mouse character? Personally, I think Walt Disney is a great man. Creative and inspires millions (even me! :D). I wonder what would we do with out him?

I just love Disney World! Even though I’ve only been there twice… ^^;; It’s just so enjoyable for anyone! Babies, toddlers, pre-teens, teens, adults, parents, the elderly, anyone! Life would be pretty boring without Disney, don’t you think? I wanna go there SOOOOOOOO badly! Maybe I’ll when I turn 20~ xDDD Just like a little celebration for me starting to live and breath as an adult~ And still enjoy the kid in me! Though, I’m still feel bad that Walt Disney can’t see the popularity that’s growing (well he’d be 107 now~ O_O).

My nightstand. Pink lamp, pink glasses case, contact-lenses case, Japanese mobile, box of tissues, digital clock, sketch pads filled with anime drawings on the bottom, what else do you except in a 14-year-old-girl-Japanese-enthusiast’s room? =/

My desk. It may look messy, but it looks cleaner from a different angle (in my opinion). Main Points: My Harajuku♥♥Lovers handbag, mirror to put in my contact-lenses in, Hello Kitty (♥♥♥) Band-Aids, box, and wind-chime in the back, green bendy lamp.

The upper level of my bookcase (the lower level is messy and I’m too lazy to show it x3) Those white dots on that rectangular thingy mosaics some personal information that I’m forbidden to give away. That so-called “rectangular thingy” is my middle school Diploma! Anyway, this upper level shows all the manga I own! From the top level: Azumanga Daioh, Di Gi Charat, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Kamichama Karin, Mamotte! Lollipop, Pichi Pichi Pitch: Mermaid Melody, Pixie Pop: Gokkun Pucho. From the bottom level: Shugo Chara!, Strawberry Marshmallow: Ichigo Mashimaro, Tokyo Mew Mew, Tokyo Mew Mew A la Mode, Ultra Maniac. Wowiez, I have LOTS of manga! :DD I’m very devoted to anime, ain’t I? :DDDDD

Yet again, I mosaicked more forbidden personal information. That thing is actually my birth certificate! My mom embroidered/cross-stitched it all by herself! This pic I REALLY wanted to show ’cause I got a NEW TV!!!!!! YAY!!! FINALLY ALL THOSE YEARS OF WHINING FOR ONE!!!!!! I used it on the first night for 4 hours and it felt weird sitting in my room ’cause I’m only in my room when I read a new manga or sleep. Anyway, the strawberry-stand next to the sand bottle with MORE forbidden personal information mosaicked that has necklaces hung on it is an earring tree! I have so many earrings! I got my ears pierced on February 14 (Valentine’s Day ♥), 2004 and boy, I’ve gotten SOOOOOOO many earrings since then! xDDD Under all those trinkets is my drawer of clothes and stuffs! xDDDDD

Yeah, so Wednesday I went to New York with my dad and did lots of stuff!!!

Well, first, we rode a bus ALL the way to Port Authority Bus Terminal which took very long and there were two little crying kids behind our seats and they were SOOOO annoying I almost got a BAD migraine! >.<;;

After we got off, I wanted to go to the Sanrio shop!

OMFG! Everything in the store was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute~! <3 What caught my eye was the My Melody merchandise. She’s sooo cute (second place for cuteness in Sanrio goods; Hello Kitty is first)! Also there were Kuromi goods, too (Note: Kuromi is My Melody’s rival; she’s goes for third place, I think~~~)!!! Kuromi may be evil, but she’s really cute! Unfortunately, I didn’t buy anything! -.-;; Ah well, I can always go there whenever I want. Besides, I’m one hour away from NYC~~~ :333

After that, we took a subway to The Village.

So many pics of the Subway to explain! Well, this is what a NYC Subway station looks like if you never been here. But may I say one thing? IT’S SOOOO HOT IN THE STATION!! But once you ride the train, it’s cool inside. The last pic is my little joke. xDDD I kept saying to my dad “Is it so wrong for a 14-year-old girl to take pictures of a trash can?!”. He laughed though.

After getting into The Village, we walked ALL THE WAY to Soho to go to Sunrise Mart which had Japanese snacks. And ya wanna know how far SoHo is from The Village? 20 BLOCKS! That took like 30 minutes or so, thanks to that I got sooo tired.

Pocky! Pretz! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! =D

After THAT, I got kinda hungry so we went to Little Italy! My dad walked around Little Italy for almost 30 minutes to search for a good pizza shop! UGH!!! I got SOOOOOOOOO hungry! Good news is, he finally chose to take me to Grand Italian Food Center (I think that’s the name~). When we got there, I was sooo tired, I couldn’t think! I kept daydreaming until the appetizer came out~~~ xDDD

One of my fave Italian foods, Fried Calamari! It’s delicious! If you wondering what calamari is, it’s squid! But think twice before you say “GROSS!”, it’s actually really good!

PIZZA!!!!!!!! :DD Doesn’t that look good?

And here’s what all you’ve been waiting for…

ME!!! I’m gonna monopolize a 18″ pizza!!! xDDD

I ate 4 yummy plain slices! I didn’t eat the crusts ’cause I was too full!

Fortunately, me and my dad ate the whole thing! I got sooo full I thought I was gonna VOMIT! xP

After THAT, we took a subway to 33rd street and my dad took me to a karaoke bar!!! It was called Japas38. I recommend you go if you like J-Pop. Don’t worry! They have H!P and stuff like that.

Me searching diligently for a good song. I was looking at Ayaya (Matsuura Aya) songs!
